If your order does not meet your expectations you can return it.
Hetronic Australia engages third party specialist freight companies for the purpose of delivering orders to customers.
All items purchased from Hetronic Australia Pty Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is made in writing to Hetronic Australia within 7 days of receipt.
We ask you to return the packet equipped with a letter with the description of the complaint and your contact information.

Upon acceptance of return we will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility. We will, upon your request, accept order cancellations made in writing. All order cancellations are subject to Hetronic Australia's Terms & Conditions of Sale.
